You should encode them to disable the wiki processing, aka. replacing
'|' with '&7C' (unquoted) in urls as in:

[[http://www.ew.com/ew/article/review/music/0,6115,1185975_4&7C114863&7C&7C0_0_,00.html
|Goodbye Alice in Wonderland]]
