Thanks, Dave.  I'm planning to release the skin shortly; I am calling
it Column.  It features a one-column approach with a sidebar that is
initially hidden using ShowHide and a popup edit form.  If anybody has
any comments about this skin, please let me know.  It's pretty easy to
check it out using http://josquin.us/test2; this is a clean
installation with the Column skin and the BlogSimple2 recipe
installed.
