[pmwiki-users] pmwiki 2.1.6 and "footnotes"

Ooops, sorry I didn't notice this changement, I just look for last 
version, dates are the same... 2006-02-12 ...

So with this version, there is an error on postitnotes, on line 190... 
always for the definition of HTMLHeaderFmt.

I don't think that this error is due to "postinotes", it runs well if I 
disable "footnotes".

So, I moved "footnotes" at the end of my cookbook, error seems to be on 
that cookbook, on line 39. Error seems to be a function called twice, in 
footnotes and "Pagetoc".

I 'll look for fix it,
