[pmwiki-users] How do I make deleted pages not show up in pagelists?

Maybe it's the .pageindex file in your wiki.d directory?

Deleting this will cause your wiki to re-index all its pages, which
will slow everything down for a time, and I'm not at all sure it's the
culprit, so you might want to wait to get a concurring opinion from
the list before removing it)
