hello, pmwiki community! 

i'm using the wonderful pmwiki (v 2.1.11) to test an event-oriented
website [ http://www.literartsy.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ ] for a
performance gallery in los angeles. the whole site is centered around
the calendar & comments. my thinking here is to enable performance
gallery staff, administrators & facilitators as well as friends of
the gallery who are on the gallery's listserv to add wikilog calendar
events as well as commentary via the commentbox. i also want to send
out weekly emails to everyone on the notify list (staff,
administrators, facilitators & friends) of updates to the site. i
also want to allow folks to register to receive the weekly emails. 

what i need to know is how to set up notifylist step-by-step to do
the following: 

** how to create the notifylist of gallery staff, administrators,
facilitators & friends
***   [i would appreciate a sample configuration using m at
telepoetics dot com, m1 at telepoetics dot com, m12 at telepoetics
dot com, m123 at telepoetics dot com and m1234 at telepoetics dot com
as the notifylist ] 

** how to setup a registration page for people who want to be on the
notifylist
