You can use

   # aaaa

   # bbbb

   # dddd

     [@
   some code
   @]
   # eeee

(where the [@ line has two leading spaces), or use a wikistyle to
resume the numbering

   # aaaa

   # bbbb

   # dddd

   ->[@
   some code
   @]

   # %item value=4% eeee
