[pmwiki-users] Update notification to "subscribers"

Hello group,

I am already using the cookbook recipe which will inform me, the admin,
about changes to my pmwiki. Now, some users ask me whether they could
get this kind of information as well. This would obviously require some
mechanism to have users subscribe/unsubscribe from the notification
service. Is there something available already that I could easily use
for that purpose?
