[pmwiki-users] pmwiki.php produces "No Input File Specified"

The message is very irritating.
Usually this message is displayed, when die Page is not found, and the
not-found 404-site isn't specified correctly.
It is caused by a unattended rewrite.
I don't remember exactly, may be it can also happen, if the server
demands php3 (instead of .php) or something like that.
hope this may help to find the error.
