It's also listed on http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/PageVariables.

It probably *should* be listed on 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/PmWiki/MasterMarkupIndex, but I haven't
decided if I want to just duplicate the list in PageVariables or
try something fancier...
