I'm trying to acomplish two things:

1] I'm trying to simplify the categories markup from "[[!x]],[[!y]]" to 
"Tags: x,y" in the Edit form.

2] Position the list of categories outside of the normal page, into the 
area defined by the template. (I'm using a $global to do that).
