[pmwiki-users] "Wanted Pages" Recipe?

Is there a PmWiki recipe or feature that will give you a "Wanted Pages" page
like they have on Wikipedia (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Wantedpages)? I've looked through the
Cookbook twice, but nothing jumped out at me.

Thanks in advance for any help in Tracking this down.
