[pmwiki-users] Attach/Uploads and Safe Mode

PmWiki has started giving me the following error.
Probably because they are altering settings on the server after an upgrade
(http://ttc.org.nz/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/TTC/News)
Can anyone please suggest a way to fix this perhaps by altering 
directory settings
