[pmwiki-users] RFC 968 Compliance?

I've been doing some research, and I'm rather appalled, given the
present season, why PmWiki has not committed to being RFC 968
compliant.[1] I should think that even with Pm on vacation and servers
crashing that this should be a rather easy to remedy. Perhaps in the
next beta of the 2.2 series?
