I'm afraid not.
If you compare the html of ?action=print and that of
skin=blank?action=source you clearly see the difference.
(Or maybe I should enable a speciale action=print for skin=blank? Have
you some sample to see, please, similar to mines...?)

If you ask, don't trust much in my technical choices/opinions.
If, instead, you were just referring you last decision, then I'm glad
