[pmwiki-users] viewing previous versions of a page

I couldn't find this in the documentation or a cookbook recipie for it.
Is there a _safe_ way to view previous versions of a page?

I'd users without edit permission to be able to view previous versions of 
documents, but the only way I can find to do it now is to use the restore 
feature on the history.  Is there a way to add a 'view' option next to 
restore?
Or maybe an addon that gives you clickable version list?
