[pmwiki-users] IMG with border. Possible?

Either I'm missing something or it just isn't possible to put a border
around an inline image.  I've tried these:

%border='4px solid black'%Attach:MyPic.jpg
%border='4px solid black'% Attach:MyPic.jpg
%border='4px solid black'%Attach:MyPic.jpg%%
%img border='4px solid black'%Attach:MyPic.jpg
%img border='4px solid black'%Attach:MyPic.jpg%%

Every single case produces a 4 pixel solid black border around some
whitespace that occurs just below the image and extends slightly up
behind the image.  Result = ugly.

And please don't suggest >><< because my images are in a table.

On other pages I have needed to float images and so used rframe or
cframe and these can apply borders (although you have to specify width
in pixels for cframes for some reason).
