[pmwiki-users] open file in a new window

Hi Ralf,

usually this is not something that a website has an influence on, but
this is rather client configured, depending on the users browser and
settings.

For me office files always open a new window (i am using Opera to
browse). Opening file inside a window i have seen with Konqeror,
Mozillas and IE.
