[pmwiki-users] Sitewide headers/footers

Hi, is there a way to set a site-wide GroupHeader/GoupFooter? 

If not, could I perhaps suggest the following:
If a page Site.SiteHeader exists, and the group doesn't have its own 
GroupHeader already, and the page doesn't have the (:nogroupheader:) tag, 
then the site one is included. (same for footers)

This would be useful in situations where most groups are used for 
conceptual grouping of pages, but a mostly site-wide look is used across 
them all.

If there is a way to do site-wide headers/footers, then let me know and 
I'll add it to the PmWiki documentation in the section that talks about 
GroupHeaders.
