where

1) multi-line input is pasted into the wiki
2) you don't want the text to turn into a single paragraph
3) line breaks are to be preserved as "soft returns" and initial
block-text style is applied to all the lines as a single paragraph,
as any standard layout application "paragraph style" would do.

I think it's obvious what is wanted...

So, rather than having to click behind each line and enter "\\" over
and over again... is there a recipe for this that can be set up? a
config.php code entry? Add a GUI Button to guiedit.js? Define a
custom style that can be entered at the beginning of the block?
