The wikiforms recipe will do this. For an example, see
http://www.wikipublisher.org/wiki/index.php?n=Issues.Issues

Click any column heading to sort on that column. Click again
to reverse the sort order. Click on a page id number to see
the full record. Or, press Typeset to print the records in 
the order shown.

The template page allows you to define which fields apear in 
the summary list and a default sort order.

If you have any questions, let me know.

There is also a nice bibTeX recipe in the Cookbook, which may
be a suitable alternative.
