Is it possible to do protection of a Group from config.php?

I like to give access to specific users  on my wiki.
But usrally I like to give access to Main/  (Site/) MpWiki  to anybody 
(Accesspoint)
It's a bit annoying to give Access by GroupAttributes, if you have a 
bigger farm
