Yes, the behavior is correct.  PmWiki takes the position that whatever
an author writes in double brackets is exactly what the author intended,
so don't change it.  Therefore, [[SpacedLinks]] always displays as 
"SpacedLinks", and if the author wants a space it's trivially simple
to add one.
