I agree FWIW. I think it's much better to ship PmWiki without camelcase
enabled. I've found it easier to explain to people that [[<whatever>]]
will become a link. For instance, can all of you immediately see which of
these examples will become links?

	camelcase
	Camelcase
	CAmelcase
	CamelCase
	C
	CA
	CAm
	CAM
	CaM
