[pmwiki-users] Upgrading v1.0 to v2.0 Where is the local/config.php ?

Hello,

I am following the page UpgradingFromPmWiki1 to upgrade my v1.0 based to v2.


At step3 it says:

Step 3: Add the following lines to the local/config.php file in the
2.0installation, replacing "/path/to/pmwiki1/wiki.d" below with the
location of
your PmWiki 1.x installation's wiki.d/ directory on disk.

Neither the local copy or the remote copy has a local/config.php file. What
am I supposed to do in this case :( ?
