All excellent.

Sure, why not? (Assuming it's simple enough to do)

I don't know if I mentioned this back when you first created the
authtable format but it would be nice to have an option to only list
those pages for which some form of authorization is needed rather than
every page on the site.

Anyway, I think this would be an excellent item to add to 2.1

Though, really, for any of these I'm not sure how to draw the dividing
line between 2.1 and 2.2 or later (or even if these are to not make pmwiki-
core at all). It would help, perhaps, to have some sort of life-time
estimate for 2.1. If there is a must-have feature for me then I have to
"support" it myself until it's part of pmwiki-core. If my must-have
feature doesn't make it into 2.1, how long before it does make it into
pmwiki? Will it even make it into pmwiki? If pmwiki-2.1 will be here
in a couple of weeks, will 2.2 arrive a few weeks later?

This one should have been in 2.0 IMHO :-)

What's this last one? It's not a link on the PITS page.
