[pmwiki-users] Password input box does not show

Same problem here with 2.1beta5. Page is protected by  
$DefaultPasswords. The only thing shows up is

     <script language='javascript' type='text/javascript'><!--
     try { document.authform.authid.focus(); }
     catch(e) { document.authform.authpw.focus(); } //--></script></div>
