it seems to only prepend the 'www.' when the group and page name are
omitted. here are a couple of live URLs:
http://kinspace.net/test/
=> goes to: http://www.kinspace.net/test/
http://kinspace.net/test/Main/HomePage =>
=> goes to: http://kinspace.net/test/Main/HomePage
WikiCalendar is not involved for me. (& again, this is only a nit.)
