It looks like a tool for fuzz-testing PHP. Nifty. I would guess it scans
the page source, looks for the options to the PHP scripts that are used,
and tries various attacks on that. I can't see them working on PmWiki. It
targets both windows and Linux (looking for both boot.ini
and /etc/passwd).
