I updated the FixFlow skin to version 1b.
This adds css support for IE5 (tested with IE5.5), for which the
layout was totally broken before.
I also fixed a small bug which introduced horizontal scrollbars when
making the window narrow.

Hi Radu,
please tell me if it looks okay on your machine with IE5.
My testmachine was an older laptop with 640x480 screen, so I may have
got the sidebar dimension a bit wrong. IE5 does not like width in
percentages, so I had to feed it pixels instead for the sidebar width.
