Hopefully sooner rather than later, and I'm closing in on the design
fairly rapidly.  It's one of the things I want included in the 2.0 release,
and I don't want to hold up 2.0 much lonter.

I'm not planning to use either of the existing comments scripts, 
as I want to incorporate a few features and design ideas that neither 
seems to have.  (However, what I'm writing won't interfere with the
existing scripts either.)

I'm definitely not taking the approach of storing comments in files 
separate from the wiki pages -- comments will be placed into wiki pages.
