[pmwiki-users] capital first letters

I like to style first letters of a paragraph, but only if they are
Capitals. How can I do this?

I can generally style first letters with

        p:first-letter { font-size:150%;
                         font-family:'georgia' serif; }

for instance,
but how can this applied to Capital letters only, or alternatively a
markup used for the cases where this styling should not apply.
Or best a solution for both.
