Has anyone seen a "Review before Post" comment script?


In a blog like Word press there is the facility to email the person that own the site the comment for review and "post/delete" action before it is actually posted or made visible.  It helps keep off the spam and garbage.  Have you seen that "review before post" capabiltity anywhere for PmWiki?

I have searched but can't find one.  "Commentsmailed.php" come close but is after the fact.
