[pmwiki-users] sidebar not displaying UTF-8

It works! I converted the accented vowels to html entities. Thankyou
for the tip.

Oh well, two out of three... ;)
Thankyou for all your help in getting me started. I think I'm
starting to understand what to do, a bit better now. I am really
impressed that the version of PmWiki here can display Vietnamese
accurately: the WackoWiki we use at VNOSS was still choking on one
character, last time I edited a page there.
I may live long enough to see Unicode fully supported.
