My ever-fading memory seems to recall that the current suggested method is 
to add a suffix to the page name for comments. So for this page:

http://neil.eton.ca/wiki/index.php/Guest/PHPBB2CodeInjection

you might create a page here:

http://neil.eton.ca/wiki/index.php/Guest/PHPBB2CodeInjection-comments
