[pmwiki-users] user-customisation of edit form

PS: anyone wants to try my edit form is welcome,
just go here:

and click _this link_ to set the setprefs cookie.
To undo do ?setprefs=

This edit form is page wide, no left bar, no title bar,
and a row of save, preview etc buttons both above and below the edit
textarea. The Editquickreference is a little styled with padding,
and the preview has a border around it.
