Thanks for the reply Pm.  I'll keep a watch out for the new "insert" and 
"append" action items. 

I installed WordPress the other day to explore the blogging world and 
that brought my interest in the subject to the top again.. 

There are a number of different email posting approaches available 
there.  Some of
those might be worth reviewing for ideas that could be applied with PmWiki.
