[pmwiki-users] slight change requested to attachlist rendering

Could the (:attachlist:) rendering be changed very slightly to include 
space or comma thousand delimiters for the file size?

Currently I have several that look like this:

         ... 28697590 bytes ... July 05, 2005

And it would be really nice if it was this:

         ... 28 697 590 bytes ... July 05, 2005

Note that space is the delimiter preferred by the IEEE (if that matters to 
anyone) and it avoids the North American - European differences of commas 
and periods.

PS: for the pedantic, there is no space in units between 1000 and 9999. The 
first space appears at 10 000. I'd be glad to accept 1 000 if it meant the 
bigger numbers were delimited too.
