[pmwiki-users] how can I trigger PmWiki with a cron job?

This is a trick question, because my PmWiki runs under Windoze 2000 Server.
In that environment, is there any way to trigger PmWiki every 2 hours or
so? I have MailPosts set up, and unless someone loads a page after all of
the time limits have elapsed (still can't get those set the way I want
them), PmWiki does not send the mail post.
This is not a big problem for me (I can hit the page to trigger the mail),
but I would like to know if "in general" it is possible to have the web
server execute a PHP script at a predetermined time or interval.
Or is there a way to treat PHP as executable code on its own, like Perl?
If it makes things simpler, I have ActivePerl installed and mod_perl
enabled on Apache.
