I agree at least partly with Neil here. Using the interpretatation from
above seems bad and it seems much more robust using the lower alternative.
However, I could also consider (and it's how I originally imagined it)
this interpretation:

One reason for that is that I'd probably have a hard time *not* going in
and making the text aligned in the second interpretatioin... maybe I have
a mental problem that way? ;-)
