Hi Wade,
I had a quick lok at your site. Great resource!
But the groups i weould structure differently (and if you do it means
alot of new group and page creation and cutting and pasting what you
got into the new groups/pages and deleting the old ones). Having said
this I procede:

you got groups right now called:
SelectHealth
SelectFamily
SelectCommunity
etc.

you got also pages in the Main group called
SelectFamily
SelectCommunity
etc
which contiain indexes

I propose you create index pages called
Family/Family
Health/Health
Community/Community
etc

that way you get groups called
Family
Health
Community
etc

then in each group you create pages
like Health/ActivistOrganisations
Health/ServiceOrganisations
Health is the group name, ActivistOrganisation the page name.

get rid of all those Select...

Then for the SideBar you create links like
* Family/Family
* Health/Health
* Community/Community
which will link to each group's index page.
This will give a long SideBar list of the caralog, just add a heading
above. If you dont want a long list on the Sidebar just leave a link
* Select Catalog, which links to a page Catalog
in group Catalog where you can have your long list of links.
This example above shows a link with a different wording than th epage
name, ie the phrase "Select Catalog" points to page Catalog/Catalog.

Hope this makes it clearer, but it is a total rebuild...

just to add: if you do this and pasted your content into new pages,
to delete the old pages have the single word "delete", (without "") in
the page and save. make sure there are no spaces before or after this
word.

i wish you happy site building!

~Hans
