[Pmwiki-users] 2.0.beta15 released w/GUI edit buttons

I've just released PmWiki 2.0.beta15, now available at
http://www.pmwiki.org/pub/pmwiki and on SourceForge.  The major addition
in this release is the inclusion of graphical edit buttons in the "Edit Page"
form, like those that have appeared lately on pmwiki.org.  I'm still working
out some of the details such as cursor positioning when a button is
activated, but it's worth including in the release now.

The button bar is disabled by default, and is enabled by adding the line

    $EnableGUIButtons = 1;

to local/config.php.  Note that the button bar is extensible -- admins and
cookbook script authors can dynamically add custom buttons and markups
into the bar.  For example, see the "math" button in the edit form at 
http://www.pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/MimeTeX?action=edit.

If anyone wants me to design/create a custom markup button based on
the imagery of the other buttons, let me know and I'll see what I can
come up with.

In addition, this release incorporates the fixes to rss.php that
automatically convert named character entities into their numeric
counterparts.  This should improve RSS/XML feed validation.

Finally, this release fixes a number of small issues dealing with
wikistyles in links and blocks.
