[pmwiki-users] Rename Page Action no longer works.

I recently tried to use ?action=rename and it no longer seems to work.
I run it and the rename page comes up. When I click the rename button,
it takes me back to the home page of the wiki and the page has not
been renamed.

I noticed that there was an updated version of the rename cookbook:

so I updated rename.php on the server, but it didn't make any difference.

I am running pmwiki-2.0.beta21
