Isn't it possible to create a second include function, which does just 
the include, when finding your markup?

Acually I'm looking for
*a way to browse and edit files, may be configfiles, or scripts.
*browse code, so that tags in code could be documented by wiki-system .
  So the wiki could be used as a dokumentation system for programms and 
scripts
   Would be very nice IMHO.
