[pmwiki-users] Error message from mkdir()

Hi

I'm trying to upgrade a wiki to pmwiki2 and have now encountered the usual 
"you need to create a directory" message three times:
* When running pmwiki.php the first time (for creating wiki.d/)
* When testing to upload files (for creating uploads/)
* When installing mimetex (for creating pub/cache)

Are there any other cookbooks etc that use the mkdir()?  (I'm guessing 
pmwikidraw also needs this?)

Anyway, it does feel kind of annoying to get this message everytime you do 
one of these steps... is there someway we could streamline it? Perhaps a 
cookbook script that knows about most of the directories that are needed 
and attempts to create all of them?
