That doesn't work does it? It certainly doesn't work in pmwiki-v1, and I
don't recall such a thing in pmwiki-v2 (did I miss it?). The way I've
always renamed a page is to cut-n-paste the contents to the new
pagename, then delete the old page (if that's even warranted)
