This has been discussed in the past -- the big issue is in
getting the links correct between pages.  Also, we have to figure 
out what to do with links containing '?action=', since they obviously 
won't work for a static HTML page.  And we probably want to be
able to export any attachments as well, and make sure those links
are correct.

I worked on this a bit back in September and I know that it's
do-able, but there are a lot of issues to handle in order to get
it correct.
