Now installed on pmwiki.org.  A couple of comments (which we also
ought to mention on the SkinGuidelines page):

-- It'd be nice if the zip files automatically unpacked into a
   skintrellis/ directory instead of the current directory.

-- The pmwiki.org sidebar looks a little funny in this skin -- I'm
   not entirely certain why.
