[pmwiki-users] Shared pages recipe

It generally works for me, maintenance of shared pages is much easier
now but I have problems with some pages. I moved all pages that I want
to have shared to shared.d but XLPage and all pages that are redefined
in it (e.g. Site.MySearchPage etc.) cannot be read from this
directory. Because of that I had to keep them in wikilib.d.

XLpage is defined in farmconfig.php by this line:

XLPage('xx','Site.XLPageXX');
