Ah.  Seems there are two reasons for having the list.
1) Monitoring recently edited pages, for which ?action=diff is better
2) Keeping recently edited pages handy for re-edits,  for which
?action=edit *might* be better

Or a combination of both, depending on how frequently he's been editing pages.

I wonder if there a way to use ?action=diff if he's not the last
editor, otherwise use ?action=edit (or ?action=browse).  He could
hover over the links to see which pages someone's changed since his
last edit.
