Not as far as I know, and I've read at least one comprehensive css
reference from beginning to end. The closest I believe you can get is
to make them look exactly like normal text, and then only the hand
cursor gives it away.
Oh yes -- any self-links that need to remain enabled no matter what
should have ?action=browse tacked onto them. That will stop the
markup extensions recipe from unlinking them. e.g. Right now, if one
edits http://pmwiki.org/wiki/Cookbook/MarkupExtensions?action=edit,
one discovers that the View wiki action link is not a link, even
though it ought to be.
And hopefully those tabs will acquire a little more top and bottom
padding before they're done?
